Shipping policy - direct sales
​
Send me your delivery adress & contact number so I can give you a quote : juliette.teste@gmail.com.
I work with a specialized company, shipping fees depend to delivery adress,
weight and value of the piece(s).
Worlwide shipping available - insurance included.
VAT & custom duty
​
Due to French legislation for artists, I don't charge VAT for now.
​
If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee by the postal service,
which then pays your government.
If the duty doesn’t get paid, the piece will be shipped back to me.
I can refund you for it only if it arrives safely- minus shipping costs - or send it back to you again, for a new shipping fee. Let’s just hope this never happens :)
If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted I am unable to refund you.
If the piece is returned damaged or broken I will not be able to refund you either.

Care
Due to the nature of stoneware and the eventual presence of various grog sizes in it,
handmade ceramics can leave marks when on delicate surfaces - please choose those surfaces accordingly, or place a soft material under your piece. Patina is encouraged, as part of the beauty of ceramic world.

Commissioned pieces
If I commissioned a piece for you, I cannot take it back.

Regular pieces / digital sale
Returns has to be made within 15 days of receiving a piece.
If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged & unused. Refund is for the piece only, all shipping fees are on your end. Please email me at juliette.teste@gmail.com prior to returning.

Regular pieces / studio, fair, event sale
The right to retract does not apply if you bought a piece at my studio or on any kind of physical, real life event such as a fair or exhibition.

Damaged/broken pieces
​
As every piece is one of a kind, damaged/broken goods situations are handled one by one. Please send a photo of the condition the piece arrived in, in its packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier, for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within 2 days of the package arriving.

Kindly note that payment is due the day before shipment.

Ceramic practiceI studied fashion in Ecole Duperré for 5 years then French Fashion Institute. I used to work in the image department of Yves Saint Laurent then Dior Homme. Drawing and painting have alsways played an important part for me. In 2016 I started taking ceramic courses with Anne-Soline Barbaux in Belleville, Paris, then I met Clément Garcia-Le Gouez, whom I founded our studio ARC with, in december 2018. ARC is now co-run with Aline Girard. As of today my practice is mainly unique, sculptural pieces. I work on commission for special projects & I also enjoy collaborating with visual artists.

CommissionsI'm more than happy to discuss with you about commissioned pieces ! For interior designers, kindly note that I am currently exempted of VAT tax. Email me about your project, as detailed as possible, with pictures from my work so I can figure out your preferences and I'll come back to you quickly. After the quotation is accepted, a non-refundable, 35% deposit fee will be asked via payment link. There will be 1/2 emails exchanges (or more depending on the project size) with sketches, shapes, colour samples pictures, video for scales, etc. For shipping abroad, I work with a reliable, fine art logistics company. A commissioned piece is something special we both agreed on, so I won't be able to refund it.

Shipping feesPlease write to me with your complete postal address so I can check with the transport company. Shipping is worldwide. Insurance against breaking is included in the price.
